Muttor Vehicle LLC – Grooming Agreement
Thank you for choosing Muttor Vehicle LLC! My goal is to give your dog a safe, calm, and happy grooming experience right at your home. Please read and sign below.
What I Provide
One-on-one grooming in my mobile van and maintaining a safe, clean, and low-stress
environment.
What I Need From You
To keep your pet safe and comfortable, I ask that you share any health concerns, behavioral
issues, or medical conditions your dog may have before the appointment. Proof of rabies
vaccination is required unless your veterinarian has provided an exemption. Please also make
sure you are home and available during your dog’s scheduled appointment window.
Emergencies
If your dog has a medical emergency, I will contact you right away. Clients must stay within the
grooming location in case of emergencies. All vet bills are the owner’s responsibility.
Mats, Fleas & Ticks
Severe matting may require shaving in order to prevent pain or injury to your dog’s skin. If this is
the case, you will be notified before or during the groom, and a matted release form may be
required. If fleas are found, a flea bath will be given, and if ticks are found, they will be removed
and you will be notified. In these cases, a flea or tick bath may also be provided. If the
infestation or condition is severe, the appointment may be stopped, and a veterinary visit may
be recommended.
Pricing
Any significant adjustments will be discussed with you before or during the appointment. Prices
are not negotiable. Continuous attempts to dispute, negotiate, or complain about costs may
result in termination of the client relationship.
Please note that pricing is subject to periodic adjustment, typically on a yearly or bi-yearly basis,
to reflect rising costs and industry standards.
Payment
Payment is due immediately after your dog’s grooming service (cash, card, or debit). No
refunds, but if you’re unhappy, let me know within 24 hours so I can make it right.
Cancellations
24+ hours notice: no fee.
Less than 24 hours / before I start my route: 50% fee.
Same day once I’ve started my route OR no-show: 100% fee.
One cancellation fee may be waived for a personal emergency or medical reason. After this
courtesy, all future late cancellations will follow the standard policy.
Client Availability
If you are not home and ready at the end of your appointment window the appointment will be
considered a no-show and cancellation fees will apply.
Liability
I take every precaution, but accidents can happen. I am not responsible for issues related to
health conditions, behavior, or coat condition.
Aggressive Dogs
For the safety of everyone, I reserve the right to refuse service to dogs that are severely
aggressive or pose a risk to themselves or me.
Senior Dogs and Special Needs
I will always do my best to complete the groom safely. For senior dogs, disabled dogs, or dogs
with anxiety or health concerns, I will make necessary adjustments and suggestions to ensure
the grooming process is as easy and comfortable as possible for your pup.
Client Conduct
I want every appointment to be calm and enjoyable. I reserve the right to end our working
relationship at any time if a client is rude, disrespectful, or makes the grooming experience
difficult.
Weather / Equipment Issues
Appointments may be rescheduled in cases of severe weather, mechanical issues, or
equipment malfunction. Safety is my top priority. I will always do my best to give as much notice
as possible.
Agreement Duration
This agreement is valid for 1 year from your last appointment.
Signature
I have read and agree to the terms above.
